A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to support four senior Executives of a global Insurance business.

This 1 year Fixed Term Contract role will be based 4 days a week from their stunning City office, with one day a week working from home.

The role would suit a professional, confident and highly proactive Executive Assistant, who truly enjoys high level administration, arranging and coordinating events and conferences, complex diary management and travel support at both senior leadership and team level.

This visible and wide-ranging position is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who enjoys working proactively in a busy, high-volume role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Extensive diary management including coordination and execution of internal and external meetings and hospitality events
  • Gatekeeper and email inbox management
  • Manage complex business and personal travel arrangements for Senior Executives including flights, visas, hotels, and ground transport
  • Coordinate travel bookings for the wider team around high profile meetings and marketing activities
  • To act as the events manager for the wider team, coordinating client facing events
  • Expenses management
  • Provide absence covers for London based EAs and PAs as required

Skills and experience:

  • 3-5 years’ previous experience working in a comparable position, ideally within the Insurance industry
  • Experience in coordinating events; small to large scale
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • High attention to detail and expert organisation and planning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships across all levels within the organisation, across multiple offices
  • Ability to handle and prioritise tasks for multiple stakeholders based on business criticality and time-sensitivity
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Self-initiating team player who enjoys collaboration
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.

This role will pay £55,000 - £60,000 per annum (DOE) plus discretionary bonus and benefits
