Seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and COO of an exciting organisation who are at the forefront of renewable energy innovation, dedicated to creating a sustainable future.

This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and facilitating efficient communication within the executive team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will based from the stunning offices in Marylebone and will be mainly office based. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and COO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communication.
  • Organise and maintain confidential files and records, ensuring information is readily accessible.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of executive meetings, including agenda setting, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support executive decision-making processes.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, prioritising and responding appropriately.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO and COO, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Coordinate and plan company events, meetings, and conferences.

Person specification: 

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior executives.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach and a high level of initiative.

Salary for this role is up to £50,000 plus bonus.
