A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant, to support the CEO/Founder of a global design studio. This is a 1 year Fixed Term Contract with potential for a permanent conversion.

This newly created role will see you working closely with the CEO, executing high level Executive Assistance and Administration.

Due to the nature of the work, your role will be based in their London studio. You’ll need to be flexible to work outside of core hours at times (evenings/weekends) and you may be required to accompany the CEO on international business trips.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Complex diary management, handling numerous changes to schedules
  • Act as the conduit for communications between the CEO, the wider business, clients and key stakeholders
  • Emails, monitoring and actioning
  • Arranging travel and preparing itineraries for business trips
  • Processing business expenses and timesheets
  • Producing presentation decks
  • Collating information and reports in preparation for Board meetings
  • Minute taking and following up on action points
  • Support on a range of projects and initiatives including work around DE&I, Sustainability and more!

Experience required:

  • Demonstrable experience ( 3+ years) as an Executive Assistant supporting a Founder, Director or C-Suite level
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and coordinate a high volume and changeable workload
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with experience of developing key stakeholder relationships
  • High levels of emotional intelligence, flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Strong IT/Tech skills (inc. Google-suite tools, Slack, CRMs and other organisational software).
  • Experience using InDesign advantageous

Salary range from £38,000 to £51,000 per annum (DOE)
