A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to join a friendly and dynamic business based in stunning offices in Manchester city centre on a permanent basis. This role involves providing first-class, proactive support to the property team. The ideal candidate will manage office facilities and coordinate a variety of internal and external events, as well as providing hands-on PA style support.

This is an office based role, so candidates must be able to reliably commute into the city centre in order to be considered.

This role will suit someone with previous PA experience for whom no job is too big or too small and who values a varied position.

Duties will include:

  • Organising complex diaries and travel arrangements for multiple team members
  • Managing office facilities and liaising with the building manager
  • Email management, including prioritising and filing correspondence
  • Processing expenses and supporting administrative tasks
  • Organising internal and external events
  • Supporting project administration and adhering to tight deadlines
  • Managing internal meetings and charity/fundraising activities
  • Liaising with consultants and contractors
  • Contributing to projects and initiatives supporting business goals

Person Specification:

  • Strong ability to build trust and relationships with Directors and team members
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proof-reading skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365; SharePoint experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
  • Experience working collaboratively across teams and locations
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Reliable, committed, and discreet, especially with confidential matters
  • Proactive in personal development and staying updated with best practices in the EA profession
  • At least 2 years of PA/EA experience
  • Full and clean driving license required
