Job Title: Office Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: Manchester City Centre
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 10am - 3pm
Salary: Pro-rata equivalent of £25,000 per annum
Role Overview:
A client of ours is currently seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join their team in Manchester City Centre. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity for someone who is looking for a flexible work schedule while contributing to a growing and impactful business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office stock and stationery inventory to ensure supplies are always available.
- Meet and greet all visitors, ensuring they are informed of health and safety procedures.
- Oversee meeting room management, ensuring rooms are fully equipped and ready for use.
- Maintain general office organisation, including adherence to a clean desk policy, visitor log management, and upkeep of common areas.
- Coordinate hotel and travel bookings as required.
- Assist in booking conference and meeting rooms for internal events, providing support where needed.
- Liaise with building management and ensure effective communication across the business.
- Manage Fire Marshall and First Aider responsibilities, maintaining up-to-date logs and ensuring rota coverage.
- Oversee internal access pass setups and visitor access.
- Handle mail management, including the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Answer and redirect calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Act as the first point of contact for any office-related queries.
- Provide support to the Executive Assistant on employee engagement events.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in an office administration role.
- Experience in a tech or similar industry is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
- Proven experience in supplier management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
