We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide effective and responsive administrative and organisational support to the Chief Financial Officer of a well-established financial services organisation. This position is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Your primary focus will be to assist in managing and prioritising the CFO's time efficiently. You will collaborate closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination. By coordinating activities and managing administrative tasks, you will ultimately enhance the CFO's productivity and effectiveness.

Responsibilities include; 

  • Diary management including booking appointments, arranging travel and accommodation.
  • Ensure the CFO is fully prepared for all meetings and engagements by collating any necessary paperwork.
  • Provide a link between the wider business and the CFO.
  • Liaise with the Executive Team in connection with on-going projects across the business.
  • Prepare presentations and board reports using PowerPoint.
  • Prepare general correspondence including drafting of letters, emails etc., where appropriate.
  • Send correspondence on behalf of the CFO.
  • Collate and circulate management information.
  • Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence.

Person Specification: 

  • Previous experience in a similar role supporting at C-Suite
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to create PowerPoint presentations and spread sheets - work with formulae.
  • Ability to stay calm within a busy working environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work confidently with all levels.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • High level of confidentiality.

Salary for this role is up to £40,000 DOE plus benefits.
