A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading manufacturing business, to join as a Talent Coordinator for an initial 9 month contract (which could potentially be extended further).

Leading on both experienced hire and early careers coordination, this is a unique offering for someone with HR Admin, general admin or scheduling experience, looking to broaden their skillset.

Candidates must be immediately available or on a short notice period in order to be considered. This is a hybrid role, based out of their office in Warwickshire. This is a hybrid role, with typically 3 days in the office and 2 from home. 

More specifically, as a Talent Coordinator, you will be responsible for;

  • Scheduling interviews for the office and wider global team
  • Maintaining a high level of service for all within the recruitment process - candidates, stakeholders, agencies and external suppliers
  • Posting job adverts and managing applications
  • Screening CVs and holding initial screenings
  • Leading on the coordination and smooth running of assessment centres, gathering and delivering feedback efficiently
  • Maintaining data integrity within the ATS and ensuring all process is tracked
  • Working closely the HR team to produce contracts, offer letters and onboarding paperwork
  • Support with wider recruitment related projects
