A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Team Assistant to join the Executive office of the CEO of an innovative and expanding global FinTech business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking for a busy and challenging role, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across the organisation. Working alongside the EA to the CEO, you will play an integral role providing administrative and operational support.

This unique opportunity is ideal for a Team Assistant who’s excited to work alongside an entrepreneurial, driven Founder; someone who’s hungry to step up and progress their career in a continually evolving, fast paced, dynamic environment.

This role is office based and requires flexibility outside of your core working hours.

Key responsibilities:

  • Complex calendar management – working across several time zones with changing priorities and a constantly moving schedule
  • Arranging global travel itineraries and logistics
  • Act as a point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, handling enquiries and relaying information
  • Execution of processes and outcomes ensuring all areas of the CEO’s life (business and personal matters, family, travel, etc.)run seamlessly
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information and discussions
  • Research and document preparation
  • Support on a wide variety of projects and initiatives as required

Skills and experience:

  • Previous Team Assistant experience in a start-up environment, working directly with CEO/Founders
  • Strong academics – a degree in business administration, entrepreneurship or a related field (desirable
  • Microsoft Office Suite and various project management tools
  • Highly organised and comfortable working in an agile, ever-changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Impeccable integrity and confidentiality management
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: c. £50,000 (DOE) plus excellent benefits
