How will I be able to establish a strong relationship with my VA?
During our initial consultation we will profile your needs and will match your VA using our in house compatibility matrix. We also ensure that your introductory meeting is face to face to allow for a smooth transition into your new working relationship
How will my Executive Virtual Assistant be able to collaborate with me virtually?
Our business provides multiple options to support our clients preferred way of working, which also allows for work to be collaborated on at the same time, in different locations.
What happens when my Executive Virtual Assistant is sick or on holiday?
We adhere to our motto of providing support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If your dedicated Executive Virtual Assistant is sick or on leave you will be provided with full cover to ensure continuity of support is maintained.
Will my personal information be safe?
All private information is locked in a secure drive with the use of passwords and restricted access.
Will I get to meet my Executive Virtual Assistant in person?
When you are allocated your Executive Virtual Assistant, we ensure that the initial introduction meeting is face to face. Contact after this will be made by channels which suit you (video call, emails, messages etc).
What happens when I need a physical task completing?
We have teams located in London, Manchester and Leeds along with a network of local support in other regions who will be able to carry out any physical tasks.
As the Managing Director, Lily is responsible for business strategy as well as establishing new client relationships and increasing awareness of the Lily Shippen brand. Lily launched LS Virtual in January 2020 after witnessing more clients requiring remote support on a more around the clock basis.
Executive Virtual Assistant – LS Virtual
Claire joined LS Virtual in April 2020 as Executive Virtual Assistant. Claire brings to the team extensive experience supporting Founders and C-Suite individuals, in both a business and personal capacity. Claire is responsible for supporting LS Virtual clients as well as on-boarding Executive Virtual Assistants to the team.
