• Candidate data: typically retained for up to 5 years from the last meaningful contact unless deletion is requested sooner.
• Client and financial data: retained for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes.

We collect and process candidate data either with your consent, or where it is necessary for our legitimate interests or to perform a contract or take steps prior to entering into one.

We may store or transfer your data outside of the UK. Whenever we do so, we ensure your data receives a similar level of protection by using appropriate safeguards such as:

• Transfers to countries deemed to provide an adequate level of protection by the UK government.
• Use of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
