How Do You Use My Personal Data?

We collect and process candidate data either with your consent, or where it is necessary for our legitimate interests or to perform a contract or take steps prior to entering into one.
How Long Will You Keep My Personal Data?

- Candidate data: typically retained for up to 5 years from the last meaningful contact unless deletion is requested sooner.
- Client and financial data: retained for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes.
We collect and process candidate data either with your consent, or where it is necessary for our legitimate interests or to perform a contract or take steps prior to entering into one.
How and Where Do You Store or Transfer My Personal Data?
We may store or transfer your data outside of the UK. Whenever we do so, we ensure your data receives a similar level of protection by using appropriate safeguards such as:
- Transfers to countries deemed to provide an adequate level of protection by the UK government.
- Use of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
