Our client, a dynamic and growing firm based within the Development/Real Estate sector located in the heart of Manchester City Centre, specialising in commercial and logistical property investment and development is seeking a proactive Administrator. They pride themselves on their professional yet personable approach and they are looking for a enterprising and organised Business Support Assistant to join their team and contribute to the continued success of their operations.

Location: Manchester City Centre

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

Role Overview:

As a Business Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business. You will work closely with senior EA and management, property managers and other departments to ensure the smooth running of the office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a keen interest in the real estate sector, looking to build their career in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and wider teams.
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and agents as required.
  • Support property management teams with documentation, compliance and data entry.
  • Maintain and update internal systems, databases and files.
  • Assist in organising site visits, board meetings and events.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Monitor office supplies and manage general office administration.
  • Contribute to process improvements and office efficiency initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or business support role (ideally within real estate, property or professional services).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sharepoint (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
