To support this momentum, they are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide first-class support to the Director.

The Role
As the Executive PA, you will be responsible for delivering seamless administrative and organisational support to the Director in both business and personal matters. This is a key role within the company, offering variety and autonomy in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal engagements.
- Arrange UK and international travel, including detailed itineraries, accommodation, and logistics.
- Oversee and manage the Director’s personal vehicle records, including insurance and servicing schedules.
- Handle all incoming communications and manage outgoing correspondence.
- Prepare and format documents for signature, board packs, and reports as needed.
- Take minutes during meetings and proactively follow up on action items.
- Organise and coordinate meeting rooms, equipment, and refreshments.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organised office environment.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Personal or Executive Assistant role within a dynamic environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Comfortable working full-time, office-based in Prestwich, North Manchester.
