Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate high-level meetings
- Arrange international travel and prepare detailed itineraries
- Organise and prepare board-level meetings, including agendas and minutes
- Produce reports, presentations, and confidential correspondence
- Manage expenses and provide proactive administrative and office support
About You:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant within a corporate environment
- Previous experience supporting senior leaders in FTSE 250 or international organisations is highly desirable
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach
Package & Benefits:
- £50,000 – £70,000 TAX-FREE salary
