Our client is seeking an exceptional, part-time Private Personal Assistant to act as a trusted right hand in managing the smooth running of their personal, household and logistical affairs. This is a role for a highly capable “fixer.” Someone proactive, discreet and comfortable taking full ownership of tasks from identification through to resolution.
The ideal candidate removes friction invisibly. They anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and operate with precision, calm and absolute discretion.
Role: Part-Time Private Personal Assistant (Remote)
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 pro rata
Hours: Starting at 15 hours per month, with flexibility to scale to 40 hours

Core Responsibilities:
Health & Medical Concierge Interface
Act as the primary point of contact with their private medical concierge and medical specialists:
- Coordinate logistics following medical advice, including:
- Scheduling appointments.
- Transferring medical records, scans, and documentation.
- Managing the end-to-end Bupa Global claims process.
Autonomous Execution & Inbox Management:
- Independently manage two personal inboxes.
- Identify, prioritise and action tasks without escalation where possible.
- Handle incoming bills, household queries, and administrative issues before they reach us.
- Take full ownership of tasks from “inbox to completion”
Financial & Household Administration:
- Full management of household payments, subscriptions, and invoicing.
- Set up payments within an approval queue.
- Track and reconcile monthly spending for record-keeping and reporting.
Home Maintenance & Trades Coordination:
- Proactively manage the household “to-do list”
- Identify minor maintenance needs (e.g. replacing lights, small repairs).
- Source and brief trades via TaskRabbit, Airtasker, or trusted local providers.
- Act as the on-site point of contact for tradespeople and service providers.
Property & Logistics Support:
- Manage council logistics such as parking permits and bay suspensions.
- Act as a primary filter and liaison for architects, builders, and property professionals.
- Support ongoing or ad-hoc property projects as needed.
Commitment & Working Model:
Baseline Commitment
Approx. 15 hours per month to ensure consistent prioritisation and availability.
Working Model
A “Daily Pulse” approach: short, daily remote check-ins to maintain momentum
One regular monthly half-day on-site visit.
On-Site Flexibility
- Availability to attend the property on an ad-hoc basis to:
- Oversee trades and deliveries.
- Manage urgent issues.
- Support property or medical-related needs.
Scalability
- Hours may scale up significantly during busy periods.
- Candidate must have the capacity to increase involvement to 40+ hours per month during property projects or medical requirements.
