Our client, a PR agency, is seeking an Office Manager to be the lynch pin for the team. If you enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and can seamlessly run an office, then this is the role for you!

 

·      Full time permanent role – with a minimum of 3 days in the office – Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

·      Based – central London

·      £30000 to £35000 per annum

 

Key responsibilities:

·      Manage the daily operations of the office, including facilities, maintenance, and supplier relationships

·      Ensure the office environment is truly welcoming, organised, and efficient for both employees and visitors

·      Support the MD with operational projects, process improvements, and business initiatives

·      Lead inductions for new joiners, you are the face of the company and aiming to support the continuous embedding of a great culture

·      Ensure all office stock is managed, from stationary to kitchen supplies

·      Support and lead company events

·      Manage some HR administration and company benefits

·      Manage travel arrangements for the team

·      Provide administrative support wherever needed and improve office processes

·      Maintain company compliance when it comes to wellness/first aid. You should have the well being of the team at the forefront of your mind

·      Support in companywide communications

·      Be proactive at solving day to day problems by using your initiative, and anticipating issues before they arise

 

Skills and Experience Required:

·      Previous experience in an Office Manager or senior administration role

·      Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance day-to-day priorities and longer-term projects

·      Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·      Experience coordinating suppliers, contractors and workplace services

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – when dealing with employees, visitors and any other external partners

·      Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

·      A proactive, can-do and thoughtful attitude is essential

·      Demonstrate ambition and the desire to develop. This could be within the business support function or elsewhere in the business, but my client wants someone who is keen to make a difference, be curious and succeed
