An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly capable, discreet and proactive Private Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive 1:1 support to a UHNWI based in Poole, Dorset. This is a highly trusted position requiring someone who is exceptionally organised, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing private household environment. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact and provide seamless support across both professional and personal matters.
This is a Poole-based role and candidates must live locally and be available at short notice when required.
Private Personal Assistant to UHNWI
Location: Poole, Dorset
Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities
- Providing dedicated 1:1 personal and administrative support to the Principal and his family
- Managing a complex and ever-changing diary, appointments and commitments
- Coordinating travel arrangements, itineraries, bookings and logistics
- Managing correspondence, emails, calls and day-to-day communications
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
- Organising meetings, appointments and personal engagements
- Liaising with household staff, external suppliers, contractors and professional advisers
- Managing personal errands and ad hoc requests
- Coordinating events, dinners, social engagements and private functions
- Overseeing a vast Property Portfolio and acting as a Property Manager when required to include meetings various trades on site
- Assisting with property-related matters and household administration where required
- Managing purchases, deliveries, returns and personal requests
- Anticipating the Principal’s needs and ensuring everything is organised ahead of time
- Being available to respond to urgent requests and changing priorities at short notice
- Supporting with projects and other duties as required
About You
The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced Private PA, Executive PA or Lifestyle Manager who thrives in a role where no two days are the same.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Private PA, Executive PA or similar high-level support role
- Experience supporting a UHNW/HNW individual, family or principal would be highly advantageous
- Excellent organisational and diary management skills
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality
- Must be based in Poole, Dorset or within a very close and practical commuting distance
- Must be able to provide support at short notice when required
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous
- Flexibility regarding working hours and occasional out-of-hours requirements
