About the Role

We are looking for a Global Benefits & Mobility Specialist to join our Global Benefits & Mobility team, supporting the VP, Global Benefits & Mobility and local HR teams across the day-to-day coordination and administration of global benefits and international mobility programmes.

This is an execution-focused, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, managing detailed processes and delivering a high-quality employee experience.

You will play an important role in supporting benefits and mobility programmes across multiple regions, working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, employees, managers and external providers. The role offers the opportunity to build broad experience across global benefits, international mobility and HR operations within a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Global Benefits

  • Support the day-to-day administration and delivery of global benefits programmes, including health, risk, retirement and wellbeing benefits.
  • Partner closely with the VP, Global Benefits & Mobility and local HR teams to ensure benefits programmes are delivered effectively and consistently.
  • Support the resolution of escalated employee benefits queries, working with HR, providers and internal stakeholders as required.
  • Coordinate with brokers, insurers and benefits vendors on enrolments, changes, queries and escalations.
  • Support annual benefits cycles, including renewals, market reviews and open enrolment activities.
  • Maintain accurate benefits documentation, process information and employee communications.
  • Help ensure benefits information is accurate, accessible and aligned with local requirements.

Global Mobility

Supporting international assignments, relocations, immigration, tax coordination and mobility vendor management, you will:

  • Coordinate international assignments and relocations in partnership with the VP, Global Benefits & Mobility and local HR teams.
  • Liaise with immigration, tax, relocation and other external providers to support compliant and timely case delivery.
  • Track mobility cases, key milestones, timelines and required documentation.
  • Support employees and managers throughout the assignment and relocation lifecycle.
  • Help coordinate mobility-related communications and ensure employees understand key processes and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate case records and support reporting on mobility activity.
  • Identify and escalate issues or delays to ensure a positive employee experience.

Employee Engagement & Experience

  • Support the delivery of clear, engaging benefits and mobility communications to employees.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, events and onboarding touchpoints.
  • Gather and interpret employee feedback to help identify opportunities for improvement across benefits and mobility programmes.
  • Contribute to creating a consistent, positive employee experience across different regions and employee populations.
  • Partner with HR teams to support engagement activities linked to key programmes and employee lifecycle moments.
  • Help ensure benefits and mobility processes are employee-friendly, responsive and well communicated.

Operations & Programme Delivery

  • Maintain accurate employee and programme data within HR systems, including Workday.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll and Finance to support accurate and timely programme delivery.
  • Maintain trackers, reporting, documentation and process guides.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure actions are completed.
  • Support audits, data checks and compliance-related activities as required.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of improved processes and ways of working.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone with:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in HR, benefits, global mobility, HR operations or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating complex processes involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Previous experience working with external vendors, brokers, insurers or professional service providers.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and cases simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A customer-focused approach and confidence supporting employees and managers.
  • Experience working with HR systems; Workday experience would be advantageous.
  • An understanding of global benefits and/or international mobility processes would be highly desirable.
