Our client, a successful Financial Servies company in Liverpool, is looking for a diligent Administrator to assist as the company goes through an exciting period of growth. This role is an excellent opportunity for an Administrator looking for a role where they can make a real difference. As Administrator you won’t need direct experience, however you will need to demonstrate a keen eye for detail and be used to managing a busy inbox! This is an excellent opportunity for an Administrator on the upward curve to have a visible presence and have a chance to really make the role their own!

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000
Contract: Permanent
Hybrid: 4 days office based 1 day WFH
Role Responsibilities
- Manage a shared inbox, ensuring all correspondence is triaged and prioritised, followed up and escalated where necessary
- Maintain files and ensure all records are up to date
- Save, track and update documents received via email
- Maintain CRM, trackers and support the team with document retrieval and status updates
- Maintain records for compliance purposes, assist with audits and information requests
- Act as a central point for administrative queries and provide general administrative support as required
Personal Specification
- Proven administrative experience within legal, property or financial services advantageous
- Highly organised and proven experience of managing multiple projects at one time
- Detail driven and Tech savvy; used to working accurately and with ease on CRM systems
- Used to managing high volumes of emails and documents
- Able to communicate effectively and used to liaising at all levels across a business
- Team focused and with proven experience of working collaboratively
