Position: HR Advisor
Location: Newcastle
Salary: £50,000-£55,000
Contract: Permanent – 5 days in the office

Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees across your assigned business area(s), advising on policies, best practices, and people matters as they arise.
- Partner with HR Business Partner(s) to deliver talent management initiatives and year-end talent and performance processes.
- Manage sensitive employee relations matters, including performance and absence management.
- Facilitate core HR processes such as training requests, internal transfers and terminations, ensuring a smooth and consistent employee experience.
- Contribute to broader HR initiatives – such as policy reviews, engagement programmes, and process improvements – in partnership with HR Operations and other specialist areas.
- Take ownership of client-area-specific projects and ad hoc reporting as they emerge, bringing a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
What makes a great candidate:
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Analyst role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- A solid grounding in UK employment law and HR best practice
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing operational delivery with longer-term projects
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take ownership of challenges
- An Undergraduate Degree in a relevant subject
