Position: PA to the Founder

Location: Manchester

Salary: £50,000

Contract: Permanent- 4 days in the office, 1 WFH

Our client is an exciting, fast-pace, and dynamic global fashion supplier with offices around the world. They are seeking a resilient, driven and highly organised PA to support their Founder in their Manchester office. This is a unique opportunity to join a creative and ambitious business, providing vital support at the heart of the organisation.

PA Responsibilities

  • Extensive and complex diary management for the Founder, including daily scheduling and long-term planning.
  • Arranging meetings, appointments and events — including personal engagements for the Founder’s friends and family.
  • Booking and coordinating travel, transport, accommodation and visa arrangements for both business and personal travel.
  • Managing expenses and maintaining accurate records.
  • Organising and overseeing a range of personal commitments for the Founder.
  • Handling all catering arrangements for internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinating personal and business events end-to-end.
  • Providing diary management and administrative support to the CFO and CEO as required.
  • Offering general administrative support and assisting the wider team when needed.



Skills required:

  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • 5-10 years PA experience within a similar sector.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and confident working independently.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible approach to working hours — some evenings, weekends and out-of-hours support will be required.
  • High levels of discretion, tact and professionalism.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
