Our client, an UHNW family, are looking for an elite Personal Assistant. In this role you will work as a trusted confident to the family and support them with all areas of their personal and business lives. This person must have exceptional flexibility, discretion, and above all an unwavering commitment to the family’s needs.

Manchester, fully remote with weekly home and office visits

Paying up to £80,000 per annum

Permanent, full time

 

About the Role

You will serve as a lifestyle manager, travel coordinator, estate overseer, and trusted confidant who seamlessly integrates into the lives of the family. The demands of a luxury lifestyle require a personal assistant who is proactive, highly skilled, and, most importantly, discreet.

Your ability to anticipate problems before they arise and swiftly resolve challenges would make you an indispensable member of this high-profile household.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lifestyle Management: Curate personalised experiences, handle exclusive memberships, oversee household staff, and coordinate special events.
  • Travel Coordination & Logistics: They arrange private jet charters, luxury accommodations, and manage visas and security for seamless global mobility.
  • Estate & Household Management: Managing multiple properties requires liaising with staff, overseeing any renovations, and ensuring security protocols are upheld.
  • Managing financial affairs – overseeing family trusts, bank accounts and any necessary financial administration
  • Any other personal/family affairs – you will be asked to support in all areas of the family’s life

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proven senior PA experience, of at least 3 years, working for an UHNW family
  • Available to start the role in the next 6 weeks
