Our client, a premium property development company, is searching for an experienced Senior Administrator, who is seeking a role where they can add enormous value during a period of growth for the company. As Senior Administrator, you will be the main point of contact between the teams, ensuing project timelines are on track and fully compliant, liaising both internally and externally, whilst being the lynch pin of the office. This is a growing company, and this role offers opportunities for development and a chance for you to really make this role your own. In addition to managing project timelines, this role will also include general office support and managing acquisition documents, therefore experience within Law or Real Estate would be advantageous.

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 DOE
Contract: Permanent
Office based 5 days a week 8am – 4pm, with the opportunity to work part time or flexible hours
Responsibilities include:
- General administrative support to the office and management team
- Maintaining both electronic and paper filing systems – SharePoint and Data Rooms
- Preparing reports, documents, and presentations
- Managing the office; managing supplies, liaising with service providers
- Providing administrative support relating to legal and commercial transactions
- Assisting in coordinating the exchange of information and documentation with internal and external stakeholders
- Request, track, prepare, maintain, organise and circulate documentation
- Monitor and track projects to ensure timelines are met
- Bookkeeping duties; managing invoices, tracking payments
Personal specification:
- Highly organised and a keen eye for detail
- Tech-savvy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working autonomously
- Prior experience of project or data management within Law or Real Estate highly advantageous
- Team player and happy to help out wherever needed
