Our client, a fast moving and growing recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly organised and proactive EA to support the Group CEO. This a role that requires great organisational skills, working in a busy environment where priorities and arrangements are ever changing. The role is integral in assisting the CEO through the growth period and will include managing diaries, organising complicated travel and support with personal/life administration. The successful candidate will have a “hands on” attitude and incredible customer service skills, whilst being professional and friendly.

Job Title: EA to Group CEO

Location: Warrington – 5 days per week on site – parking available

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum

You need to be available to start immediately

Responsibilities

CEO Support & Executive Coordination

• Manage the CEO’s full diary, ensuring smart scheduling, prioritisation and protection of time

• Prepare the CEO for all internal and external meetings with agendas, briefs, documents and follow-ups

• Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, filtering communications and handling matters proactively

• Ensure the CEO is fully organised across UK, UAE and international commitments

Personal Support & Life Administration

• Manage personal diary commitments, appointments, family scheduling and important reminders

• Handle personal admin, home-related organisational tasks and lifestyle bookings when required

• Coordinate all travel and accommodation for family or personal trips when requested.

Travel, Logistics & Event Coordination

• Book all UK and international travel for the CEO: flights, trains, hotels, visas and itineraries

• Ensure all travel is efficient, well planned and aligned to time-sensitive business priorities

• Organise business events, dinners, offsites, leadership meetings and social functions.

Meeting Management & Chairing Responsibilities

• Chair meetings when the CEO requires coverage, ensuring structure, timekeeping and clear objectives

• Take detailed notes, actions and circulate minutes promptly to all attendees

• Follow up on actions to ensure tasks are completed on time and reported back to the CEO

HR Coordination & People Support

• Support HR processes across the business (onboarding, paperwork, contracts, right to work, induction coordination

• Help manage sickness records, holiday approvals and basic HR administration

• Assist the CEO and Operations Director in coordinating recruitment scheduling, interviews and candidate communication

Office Management & Organisation

• Take ownership of office organisation: supplies, facilities, cleanliness, layout, meeting rooms and general order

• Ensure office environment reflects AMB’s high standards and culture

• Liaise with suppliers, landlords, contractors and service providers as needed

Support for Other Business Ventures

• Manage diary, communication, tasks and coordination across the CEO’s additional businesses

• Organise meetings, documentation and operational support for each venture

• Track progress and ensure priorities across all businesses stay on the CEO’s radar

Administration, Documentation & Process Management

• Maintain organised filing systems, documentation, templates and processes

• Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets and summaries when required

• Ensure the CEO always has the correct paperwork, contracts and information ready

Communication & Professional Standards

• Draft emails, announcements, internal communications and updates on behalf of the CEO

• Represent the CEO professionally across all interactions, internal staff, partners, clients and suppliers

• Maintain discretion, confidentiality and calm under pressure at all times

Acting as the CEO’s “Right Hand”

• Anticipate needs before being asked

• Protect the CEO’s time and mental load by handling tasks independently wherever possible

• Ensure the CEO is always organised, informed, supported and able to focus on growth, strategy and leadership

• Operate with high speed, high accuracy and high trust
