A well-established and growing industrial business in the Teesside area is seeking a highly organised, commercially aware Client Delivery Project Manager to take ownership of customer programmes and ensure seamless delivery across a fast-paced, international-facing environment.
This role is ideal for a confident, structured and detail-driven project professional who excels at managing multiple priorities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring every stage of delivery is executed with precision, clarity, and consistency. You will be working with customers across broader UK and international markets, coordinating activity across the full lifecycle of client programmes and ensuring a consistently high standard of service and delivery.
Client Delivery Project Manager
Teesside Area
Full Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30am–4:30pm
£35,000–£40,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage client delivery projects from initiation through to successful completion
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, proactive and professional communication at all stages
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with a focus on trust, reliability and service excellence
• Coordinate and manage a small parts sales pipeline efficiently and accurately
• Oversee machine purchase checks and security verification processes with strong attention to detail
• Maintain accurate, structured and audit-ready project and operational records
• Identify risks, delays or inefficiencies early and implement practical, effective solutions
• Work within established processes while actively contributing to continuous improvement
• Ensure high standards of accuracy, organisation and accountability across all delivery activity
• Use project management tools (including scheduling systems and Gantt-style planning tools) to manage workload and timelines effectively
• Contribute to a disciplined, collaborative and high-performance team environment
