Our client is a leading corporate finance and strategic advisory firm based in Manchester. They work with ambitious businesses, investors, and entrepreneurs, delivering high-level corporate finance, growth and strategic support across multiple sectors. As they continue to expand, they are seeking an exceptional Executive Business Support Associate to work directly with our three founders and play a key role in supporting the firm’s ongoing growth and operations.
This is a unique opportunity to become a trusted right-hand support professional to the founders of a fast-paced and growing corporate finance business. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive strategic, operational and administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities while contributing to key business initiatives. The role offers significant variety, flexibility and exposure to senior-level business decision-making.
Location: Manchester (Hybrid Working)
Hours: 3 Days Per Week | Flexible Hours
Salary: £20 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the three founders across business, operational and strategic activities.
- Manage diaries, meetings, scheduling and travel arrangements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, proposals and business documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communications.
- Assist with project management and tracking of strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market, competitor and industry research to support business development activities.
- Support client onboarding, relationship management and follow-up activities.
- Organise and maintain business records, documentation and filing systems.
- Assist with event planning, networking activities and corporate functions.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in executive support, business administration, project coordination, or a similar role within the corporate finance, legal or professional services sectors.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced AICORD.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business productivity tools.
- Professional, proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Experience within professional services, finance, consulting, or corporate environments is advantageous.
- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and handling confidential information.
