Our UHNWI client is looking for a highly organised, proactive and discreet Private Lifestyle Personal Assistant / Remote Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to a Founder/HNWI. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities and takes initiative without constant supervision. You will play a key role in helping streamline both business and personal responsibilities, ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

Private / Lifestyle Assistant Virtual Assistant (Full-Time)

Location: Remote (UK preferred, but open to international candidates)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £45,000-£60,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Keeping on top of birthdays, anniversaries, gifts and flowers without being asked.
  • Organising travel, restaurants and logistics.
  • Helping with family arrangements and where appropriate, being another trusted point of contact for his older children if they need help organising something or need a helping hand.
  • Looking after online shopping and household administration.
  • Booking appointments and generally taking away life’s endless little jobs.
  • Supporting motorsport logistics alongside business priorities.
  • Keeping an eye on experiences he might enjoy, whether that’s sporting events, concerts, hospitality or other opportunities, and proactively suggesting them.
  • Shortlisting restaurants for him to choose where to dine at when you know he’s going to be away.
  • Anticipating needs rather than simply responding to requests.
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes where required
  • Conduct online research and prepare reports or summaries
  • Book restaurants, events, and personal appointments
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and service providers professionally
  • Manage confidential documents and sensitive information with complete discretion
  • Assist with personal errands and lifestyle management
  • Maintain organised digital filing systems
  • Support with project coordination and general administrative tasks
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Lifestyle Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Virtual Assistant
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and online collaboration tools
  • Comfortable learning new software and systems quickly
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace

  • Experience supporting senior executives, entrepreneurs, or private individuals
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Social media or light marketing support experience
  • Bookkeeping or expense management experience
  • Flexible availability when required
