Role Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily office operations, managing office supplies, IT, general maintenance, acting as first point of contact for the office
- Managing the internal meeting room diary and logistics
- Taking ownership of CRM, ensuring it is kept up to date and pulling off reports, uploading job postings, processing applications, schedule and track social media activity
- Organising and preparing for internal meetings, including agendas, minute-taking and action tracking
- Maintaining accurate document records, managing invoices, chasing payments, processing expenses, and assist with sales reports and presentations
- Handle all information with discretion and confidentiality
- Taking ownership of team culture, onboarding new consultants, arranging team incentives, organising social and health activities, conducting welfare check-ins
Personal Specification:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager
- Tech-savvy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Highly organised, proactive and professional, with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident managing multiple priorities within an ever changing and fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision
