They are looking for a motivated and personable Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to support our growth by connecting with potential patients, nurturing leads and booking consultations.

Role Overview

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is confident guiding conversations toward positive outcomes.

You will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging potential clients, nurturing leads, and booking consultations into their system. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong sales intuition and the ability to adapt naturally during conversations while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads and engage them in meaningful conversations.
  • Generate, qualify and nurture leads through the consultation booking process.
  • Book consultations efficiently and maximise conversion opportunities.
  • Follow structured scripts while adapting naturally to different conversations and personalities.
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally.
  • Respond to client questions clearly and build trust with potential patients.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, lead interactions, and booked consultations.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to improve scripts, sales strategies, and lead generation processes.
  • Ensure every interaction reflects the warm, professional, and patient-focused values of the company.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service or lead generation is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident speaking on the phone and building rapport quickly.
  • Comfortable handling objections and guiding conversations toward bookings.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • Adaptable, coachable and open to feedback.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-time position with potential for full-time progression.
  • Working hours: 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM (UK Time) Monday to Friday and 12 noon to 2pm Saturday and Sunday
