Our client is a growing, dynamic Project Management and Cost Consultancy firm based in the heart of Farringdon, working across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential developments. As they continue to scale, they are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant / Office Manager to provide dedicated support to our Founder while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is a pivotal position at the heart of the business, combining high-level executive support with hands-on office management responsibilities. You will act as the Founder’s right hand, proactively managing their time, priorities and communications, while also creating an efficient and welcoming office environment for the wider team.

This role is ideal for someone highly organised, discreet and confident operating in a fast-paced, growing business environment.

Executive Assistant / Office Manager

Location: Farringdon, London (4 days office-based, Fridays WFH)

Salary: £45,000–£55,000 (depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent- Full time

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant Support

  • Extensive diary and inbox management for the Founder.
  • Coordinating meetings, calls and appointments across multiple projects.
  • Preparing agendas, presentations, and briefing documents.
  • Managing travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Accompanying the Founder on site meetings and visits.
  • Acting as a gatekeeper and key point of contact.
  • Supporting with project tracking and follow-ups.
  • Assisting with business development administration and client liaison.
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.



Office Management

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Farringdon office.
  • Managing suppliers, utilities, and service providers.
  • Maintaining office systems and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Supporting onboarding of new staff and coordinating HR administration.
  • Organising company events, team socials, and internal meetings.
  • Managing office budgets and expenses.
  • Creating and maintaining a positive, professional workplace culture.

About You

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a combined role.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or a founder in a growing SME environment.
  • Ability to work on your own in the office.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills (experience with project management tools is advantageous).
  • Professional, discreet and resilient.
