They are seeking a highly organised, proactive and detail-driven EA / Recruitment Operations & Tech Support professional to play a central role in the day-to-day running of the business. This position supports both the contract and executive search sides of the firm, with ownership of contractor operations and responsibility for maintaining accurate, high-quality processes and records across our executive search workflow.

You will act as a key internal support to the team, ensuring consistency, follow-through and a professional experience for contractors and clients alike.

Role: EA / Recruitment Operations & Tech Support

Salary: £45,000- £50,000

Location: London – Hybrid (2 days working from home)

Key Responsibilities

Contract Recruitment Operations (Interim / Contractors)

  • Manage contractor onboarding, administration and ongoing support.
  • Coordinate contract documentation and assignment details.
  • Track contract start and end dates, extensions and compliance requirements.
  • Own end-to-end timesheet management, including chasing, checking and processing.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Provide responsive, professional support to contractors throughout their assignments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for contractor queries and operational matters.

Executive Search & Permanent Recruitment Support

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records within the CRM and internal systems.
  • Track workflow stages and ensure actions are completed and recorded correctly.
  • Support consultants by monitoring process completion and prompting follow-ups where required.
  • Assist with preparing, formatting and updating executive search documentation (role profiles, search packs, candidate materials).
  • Ensure consistency, quality and accuracy across all documentation and system records.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in recruitment operations, recruitment administration, EA support within recruitment, or a similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptionally strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident, professional communicator with the ability to manage follow-ups effectively.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and recruitment databases.
  • Strong technical capability across everyday tools (email, documents, spreadsheets).
  • Proactive, self-starting mindset with a solutions-focused approach.
