Our client, a registered Charity, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their Executive Team and Board. As Executive Assistant, you will be used to managing priorities, different personalities and have strong board and governance experience. With a clear focus on strategic objectives and communication, this role is critical in enabling the Executive Team and Board to focus on high-impact areas of the business by providing seamless support across scheduling, communication, and coordination. This Charity is currently going through a time of organisational change and development, and therefore this role is pivotal in assisting with the modernisation of systems and processes. An amazing opportunity for an Executive Assistant to step into a new role and really make a difference!

Salary: up to £40,000

Contract: Permanent

Hybrid: 3 days office based 2 days WFH

Role Responsibilities

  • Act as a gatekeeper to the Executive Team and Board, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Draft, proofread and edit documents and correspondence
  • Manage multiple complex diaries, coordinate meetings and ensure all Executives and Board members are fully briefed
  • Organise and prepare for internal and external meetings, including agendas, speaking notes, minute-taking and action tracking 
  • Coordinate travel, including detailed itineraries and visa requirements where necessary 
  • Maintain accurate document records, process expenses, and assist with reports and presentations 
  • Handle all information with discretion and confidentiality 

 

Personal Specification: 

 

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant with senior-level support 
  • Tech-savvy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Highly organised, proactive and professional, with excellent attention to detail 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Confident managing multiple priorities within an ever changing and fast-paced environment 
  • Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision
