This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA to act as a trusted strategic partner, providing day to day high-level executive support and ensuring the smooth coordination of priorities, communications and key initiatives. The successful candidate will help create the conditions for effective leadership through exceptional organisation, sound judgement and proactive stakeholder management. Responsibilities include:
- Partner closely with the CEO to maintain a clear understanding of their workload, priorities and strategic objectives.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and provide proactive support to ensure effective delivery of organisational priorities.
- Manage competing demands and a complex diary, to prioritise urgent matters.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and logistics on behalf of the CEO.
- Draft, edit and proofread high-quality correspondence, reports, presentations and briefing materials.
- Prepare meeting agendas, supporting documentation and action logs to ensure effective follow-up and delivery.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Organise and maintain confidential records, documentation and information systems.
- Process expenses, invoices and related administration accurately and efficiently.
- Support the flow of information across the organisation, ensuring key priorities and actions are tracked and progressed.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and ways of working to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the CEO and organisation with professionalism, warmth, discretion and integrity.

Personal specification:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives or senior leaders, ideally within a start-up environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Cultural and emotional intelligence.
- Proven discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive working style.
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Experience improving systems, processes and workflows.
