Our Client, a fast-paced, growing estate agency based in Stockport, committed to delivering exceptional service to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants is seeking an EA. As their business continues to expand, they are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO while also overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of our office.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role combining Executive Assistant support with Office Management responsibilities. You will act as a trusted right hand to the CEO while ensuring our office operations run efficiently and professionally.

Executive Assistant to CEO / Office Manager (Part-Time – 25 Hours per Week)
Location: Stockport
Sector: Letting Agency / Property
Salary: £35,000- Pro rata
Contract: Temporary or 12 month FTC- 5 days in the office
Hours: 25 hours per week (flexible across 4–5 days)
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant to CEO
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage diary, appointments and meeting scheduling.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Screen calls and emails, responding where appropriate.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-ups.
- Support with marketing, events and business development tasks.
Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations.
- Ensure systems, processes and compliance procedures are maintained.
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers.
- Manage office supplies and facilities.
- Support HR administration (onboarding paperwork, staff records, etc.).
- Maintain CRM systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Act as a key point of contact for the team.
About You
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, Office Manager, or similar.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator (written and verbal).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-focused.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced estate agency or property environment (preferred).
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, cloud-based tools).
- Professional, trustworthy and discreet.
