Our client is a leading, global strategic and technical advisory business, renowned for delivering high-quality insight and expertise to clients across a range of sectors. They are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide board-level support to 3 busy Senior Directors, playing a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Executive Assistant to operate at a senior level, providing seamless support to Board Level Directors in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. You will be instrumental in enhancing executive effectiveness, managing competing priorities and acting as a trusted gatekeeper and ambassador.
Executive Assistant to Senior Directors
12-Month Maternity Contract
Location: London (2 days office / 3 days WFH)
Salary: £65,000
Key responsibilities include:
Calendar Management
- Manage complex and ever-changing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
- Anticipate conflicts and proactively resolve scheduling challenges to optimise time
Communication & Correspondence
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism at all times
- Draft, edit, and proofread high-level communications, reports and presentations
Meeting Coordination
- Organise and coordinate meetings, ensuring all materials are prepared and distributed in advance
- Take accurate minutes, track action points, and follow up on deliverables
Travel Management
- Coordinate global travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
- Prepare and manage travel expenses
Confidentiality & Discretion
- Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism
Project & Operational Support
- Support the delivery of projects, initiatives, and events
- Assist with ad hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Directors’ offices
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and externally
- Act as a professional representative of the Directors at all times
Prioritisation & Time Management
- Effectively manage multiple priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved
About You
You are an experienced, proactive, and highly capable Executive Assistant with a track record of supporting senior or C-level executives in a dynamic environment.
You will bring:
- Proven experience supporting board-level or C-suite executives
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business tools
- The ability to work independently, using initiative to manage competing priorities
- A calm, professional approach with the ability to thrive under pressure
- Absolute discretion when handling confidential information
A degree (or equivalent) in business administration or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
