Our client, a leading wealth management firm with a strong reputation for excellence, professionalism and client service are seeking an experienced Team Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support to a busy HR and Learning & Development team of seven. This is a hands-on, true administrative role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and takes pride in keeping a team organised, efficient and well-supported.
You will act as the backbone of the team, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and that HR and L&D activities are delivered efficiently and on time.
Location: London
Working Pattern: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR & L&D team.
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating interviews, training sessions and workshops.
- Preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on actions.
- Maintaining accurate records, trackers and HR documentation.
- Supporting onboarding and induction processes from an administrative perspective.
- Coordinating training logistics, including room bookings, materials and attendance records.
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external providers.
- Assisting with reporting, presentations and general team administration.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion at all times.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in a team administration or administrative support role, ideally within FS or Wealth Management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, can-do approach.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Professional, discreet and reliable.
