Our client, a fast-growing, dynamic property and development company based in London, delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use projects is seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to play a key role in keeping their teams, systems and projects running smoothly.

This is a hands-on, office-based role supporting their development, construction and leadership teams. You will be central to day-to-day operations, ensuring processes are efficient, documentation is well managed and project teams are fully supported throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Operations Administrator

Location: London (5 days per week in-office)

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to project and development teams
  • Manage and maintain project documentation using systems such as Procore
  • Coordinate internal processes across construction, commercial, and professional teams
  • Support project setup, reporting, workflows, and compliance within Procore
  • Assist with meeting coordination, minute taking, and follow-ups
  • Manage document control, filing systems, and version control
  • Act as a key point of contact between site teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders
  • Support onboarding of new team members and suppliers
  • Continuously improve administrative and operational processes as the business scales

About You

  • Proven experience in a Team Administrator / Operations Administrator role, ideally within property, construction or development
  • Strong working knowledge of Procore (essential)
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, able to work with senior stakeholders and site teams
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growing business
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Comfortable working 5 days per week from the London office
