Job title: PA & Project Coordinator

Location: Chorley

Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 DOE

Contract: Permanent

Hybrid working: 3 days office based, 2 days WFH

General duties will include:

  • Diary and inbox management for the Founder
  • Travel arrangements; managing domestic travel including train tickets, hotel bookings for the team and Founder
  • Managing the company cars; tax, insurance, general maintenance
  • Team scheduling; tracking availability and preparing necessary paperwork
  • Maintaining and organising files
  • Preparing reports and documents
  • Managing office supplies
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoices, expense tracking and data entry
  • Coordinating and liaising with external suppliers, contractors, and service providers
  • Ensuring the office environment remains organised and efficient

 

Requirements:

·      Highly organised, confident and enthusiastic

·      Extremely high attention to detail

·      Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

·      General administrative experience, along with prior experience of inbox management

·      Tech savvy and fluent on MS Office programs, especially Excel
