Our client, a global Law firm, is looking for a tech savvy and enthusiastic PA Team Manager based in their Glasgow office to manage a team of PAs during an exciting time of change. This PA Team Manager position would suit a professional who is available immediately and used to working within a large complex company or organisation, managing large teams. The role offers fantastic exposure across the PA teams and the opportunity to make a difference during a huge period of change. The successful PA Team Manager will be people focused and looking for a full throttle role where they can really make a difference.

Location: Glasgow

Salary: c. £50,000 DOE

Contract: 12 month FTC

Working structure: Hybrid 60% office based

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver firm-wide strategy and business plans through effective leadership of a PA team
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality PA service delivery aligned to business and client expectations
  • Continuously innovate and improve PA service delivery models
  • Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing and cohesive PA team
  • Manage performance, oversee recruitment, manage the annual review and feedback process and manage team capacity
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the Firm

Personal specification

  • Proven experience managing and coaching a PA, secretarial, or administrative services function within a professional services environment
  • Strategic and commercially minded leader with the ability to proactively translate strategy into practical delivery
  • Highly resilient with the ability to influence, challenge, and lead change
  • Strong analytical skills and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
