Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Property Administrator to support its property management operations on a temporary basis. This is a remote role offering flexible working hours and broad exposure to a diverse portfolio of sites across the UK. You will work closely with internal teams, site-based staff, and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth administration of property-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the property management team
- Coordinate and communicate with site teams across multiple UK locations
- Maintain accurate property records, compliance documentation, and reports
- Assist with contractor coordination, purchase orders, and invoicing processes
- Support health & safety, compliance, and statutory documentation management
- Handle correspondence, enquiries, and follow-ups with professionalism and efficiency
- Update internal systems and trackers to ensure data accuracy and visibility
- Work collaboratively as part of a wider team to meet operational deadlines
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in property administration or a similar role (essential)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident working remotely while supporting geographically dispersed teams
- Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems (desirable)
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
