An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Executive and Business Support Co-ordinator to support the Chairman, reporting directly to the Group Finance Director. Based in Cheadle, this is a highly collaborative and fast-paced role, supporting the delivery of a wide range of projects across the Chairman’s professional interests. You will play a key role in coordinating activity across multiple stakeholders and ensuring priorities are delivered effectively.

Executive and Business Support Co-ordinator
Salary: £35,000-£38,000
Location: Cheadle, Greater Manchester
Contract: Perm- 5 days in the office
The Team:
You will be part of a small, close-knit team led by the Chairman, acting as a central point of coordination across a wide network of stakeholders. The role involves working closely with senior executives and external partners, including individuals within the sports sector and their support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track priorities, monitor deadlines, and ensure projects progress efficiently
- Coordinate actions across multiple stakeholders and follow up on deliverables
- Support the smooth running of day-to-day executive operations
- Manage complex schedules and coordinate meetings across multiple parties
- Prepare agendas, board packs, presentations, and supporting documentation
- Capture actions and ensure follow-up activities are completed
- Provide administrative support across a range of strategic and operational initiatives
- Conduct research and prepare reports, briefing papers, and presentations
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of key projects
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices where required
- Monitor expenditure and maintain accurate financial records
- Liaise with suppliers and internal finance teams
- Maintain organised and accessible filing systems, databases, and SharePoint records
- Ensure documentation and information are accurate, secure, and up to date
- Support the planning and delivery of meetings, events, and stakeholder engagement activities
- Coordinate logistics, communications, and scheduling requirements

- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint

- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
- High levels of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality
