Our client, in the medical equipment industry, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Team administrator to support them. This a role that requires great attention to detail and organisational skills. The role is integral in assisting the general manager and business as a whole. The successful candidate will have a “hands on” attitude and incredible customer service skills. The role requires advanced Microsoft Office skills as well as being able to demonstrate the successful running of office processes and procedures.

Job Title: Senior Team Administrator

Location: Manchester – hybrid

Working Pattern: Part time – 3 days per week, or equivalent hours spread over 4/5 days

Salary: £30,000 pro rata per annum

Responsibilities

Finance

  • Logging invoices
  • Reconciling credit card statements
  • Debt collection
  • Supplier setup forms

Logistics

  • Booking and tracking domestic deliveries
  • Liaising with couriers and clinics on delivery windows
  • Managing demo stock to support sales team & events schedule

Servicing

  • Managing service contract renewals
  • Sending renewal reminders (managing automations)
  • Book services
  • Assist with scheduling repairs
  • Updating CRM with service bookings
  • Flagging overdue or upcoming renewals

General

·      Any ad hoc support required for the team

 

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years+ experience in a similar operations/logistics or administration role preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills.
  • Flexibility, adaptability and a co-operative attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Used to accurately managing databases, high volumes of information and ensuring all necessary information is received
  • Ability to communicate and deal with others in the business, and clients, in a polite, professional, friendly and helpful manner, both face to face and on the telephone
  • Flexible, self-motivated, organised and pro-active
