Our client, a fast-growing, dynamic property and development company based in London, delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use projects is seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to play a key role in keeping their teams, systems and projects running smoothly.
This is a hands-on, office-based role supporting their development, construction and leadership teams. You will be central to day-to-day operations, ensuring processes are efficient, documentation is well managed and project teams are fully supported throughout the project lifecycle.

Role Overview
The Procore & 1Breadcrumb Systems Manager is responsible for the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of our client’s digital project management platforms. This role ensures that Procore and 1Breadcrumb are effectively utilised across all projects to manage documentation, site processes, compliance records and project communication.
A key focus of the role is driving innovation and efficiency through enhanced use of Procore, identifying opportunities to improve workflows, reduce administrative burden and strengthen collaboration between project teams.
The Systems Manager will support project teams by ensuring platforms are correctly configured, users are trained and supported, and digital records are maintained accurately and consistently across the business.
Core Responsibilities
Procore Management
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of Procore across all projects and departments.
- Ensure all projects are correctly set up, including folder structures, document control processes, templates, and workflows.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Procore-related queries and system support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to embed Procore into project delivery processes.
Technology & Innovation
- Act as the internal champion for digital innovation within Procore.
- Identify opportunities to enhance project delivery through improved digital workflows and tools.
- Research and implement new Procore features, integrations, and automation opportunities.
- Drive consistency in digital working practices across all projects.
- Monitor developments in construction technology and recommend system improvements.
1Breadcrumb Platform Administration
- Manage the setup and administration of the 1Breadcrumb platform across all projects.
- Upload and organise site documentation and compliance templates.
- Ensure projects are fully configured prior to site mobilisation.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels for staff and subcontractors.
- Onboard new users and assign them appropriately to projects.
- Provide day-to-day platform support to site teams.
- Monitor system usage and ensure accurate maintenance of digital records, including inductions, permits, inspections and site registers.
Document Management
- Establish and maintain best practices for document control within Procore.
- Ensure accurate version control and structured digital filing systems.
- Monitor access permissions to maintain information security.
- Promote consistent document management procedures across all projects.
Training & Support
- Deliver training sessions for staff and subcontractors on Procore and 1Breadcrumb.
- Develop user guides and training materials tailored to different user groups.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure effective system usage across project teams.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Conduct regular audits of project systems to ensure digital records are complete and accurate.
- Work closely with the Health & Safety Manager to ensure compliance processes are correctly implemented within 1Breadcrumb.
Reporting & System Insights
- Produce reports on system usage, adoption levels, and compliance with digital processes.
- Provide insights to leadership on opportunities to improve system usage and operational efficiency.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with digital project management systems within construction or fit-out environments.
- Experience administering platforms such as Procore, 1Breadcrumb, or similar construction technologies.
- Strong organisational skills with experience in document control and digital workflows.
- Ability to train and support users with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret system data and identify improvements.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Degree (or equivalent) in Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline (desirable).
- Professional membership with industry bodies (e.g. CIOB, RICS) is advantageous.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development in construction technology or digital project management.
Tools & Platforms
- Procore – Document control, RFIs, submittals, and project collaboration.
- 1Breadcrumb – Site management, inductions, safety processes and compliance records.
- Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 – Reporting, documentation and communication.
Performance Indicators
- Percentage of active projects fully configured and operational within Procore and 1Breadcrumb.
- Accuracy and completeness of project document structures and system configurations.
- Consistent adoption of digital systems across project teams.
- Reduction in off-system document management and communication.
- Positive feedback from project teams regarding system support and usability.
- Successful implementation of new Procore features, workflows, or integrations that improve efficiency and collaboration.
