A dynamic organisation in Bolton is seeking an HR Administrator to join their busy HR team on a fixed-term contract basis (6 months). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with either strong administrative or HR admin skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make an immediate impact and support on a project.

As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR team with various administrative and project-based tasks. This role requires someone adept at handling employee relations matters, managing casework, and providing general HR support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
  • Sending out letters, offers and contracts.
  • Responding to phone calls and email enquiries.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative and HR Admin role
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office programmes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Immediately available or on short notice.

The position offers a hybrid working model with ideally 4 days in the office per week, offering some flexibility if needed.

Role located in Bolton. Salary up to £24,000 per annum (DOE).
