I am currently seeking a professional and proactive Executive Assistant to join a well-known luxury brand based in Gaydon to cover a 13-month fixed-term contract.

This role offers the chance to provide executive-level support to two key executives and their teams, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.

Candidates must be immediately available or on a short notice in order to be considered. This would suit someone who is used to supporting at C-suite level in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

The role will be predominantly office based, with the ability to work from home if the C-suite Execs are not in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Executives to understand key objectives and confidential, strategic priorities at corporate level. 
  • Provide direct assistance to the Executives in the support and discharge of executive duties, exercising judgement and taking decisions under delegated authority and as agreed with the Executive.
  • Provide day to day executive administration support and management of correspondence; emails, letters, production of minutes, reports and presentations relating to the day to day responsibilities of the Executive and their teams.
  • Assist with the preparation of all documents requiring the attention of the Executive.
  • Proactively manage the Executive diaries, setting up meetings, maintaining contact databases, arranging complex UK and International travel including flights, hotels, transfers, visas and travel itineraries for and on behalf of the Executive and their teams.
  • Providing back up material to direct reports/employees as appropriate having due regard to the confidentiality surrounding sensitive matters. 
  • Proactively communicate the requirements of the Executives to other areas of the business.
  • Meet and greet visitors and create an excellent first impression as the face of the business.
  • Working in close harmony with other Executive Assistants / PA’s in dealing with corporate support matters, covering during periods of annual leave and sickness. 
  • Identify and implement improvement to work practices and standards to ensure work is carried out by the most effective methods. 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting Directors at Board Level is essential.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and time/diary management.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments and remain calm under pressure.
  • Must demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Salary is up to £55,000 per annum (DOE).
