Senior Principal Consultant

Executive Assistant required to work closely with the Founder/CEO of a growing, award-winning consultancy business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Executive Assistant, looking for an involving, ambassadorial and challenging role. Combining classic EA duties (business and personal) with operations, projects and more, this is a unique opportunity for an intelligent, positive and high energy individual who will embrace and deliver.

This Executive Assistant opportunity is ideal for an individual with solid experience of supporting a dynamic HNWI in both a private and business capacity and someone who has previously worked in a startup or fast growth business, where your role has evolved over time.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Executive Assistant tasks (Business and Private) to the CEO/Founder
  • Managing complex diary and schedule
  • Arranging travel itineraries and logistics (business and personal)
  • Organising private dinners, lunches, entertainment and events with meticulous attention to detail
  • Preparing meeting agendas, collate documents, following up on action items
  • Conduct thorough research to support decision-making processes
  • Event management
  • Organising business and personal gifts
  • Managing expenses, bills, payments, credit cards and invoices
  • Leading on managing projects and special initiatives
  • Flexibility to provide out of hours support to the CEO and their family on both personal and business matters
  • Flexibility to work from either the office or the CEO’s home, as required.

Skills and experience:

  • At least 5 years demonstrable experience of supporting a HNWI in both a private and business EA capacity
  • Experience of working in a start-up or fast growth business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – including proofreading and creation of business ready documentation
  • Highly organised and detail oriented with a proactive work-style
  • Strong scheduling / coordination skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment with an optimistic approach to work and life
  • Incredibly proactive and able to take initiative and work efficiently with little direction
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information and discussions

Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 depending on experience
