They are seeking a proactive and adaptable HR Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal role supporting the team members, encouraging a positive work culture, and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.

Handle employee relations matters with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Implement policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment and resolve conflicts effectively.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.

Develop innovative strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce.

Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and equipped to succeed.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs within the organisation and develop relevant programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Coordinate professional development opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and online courses.

Support career progression through performance management and succession planning initiatives.

Benefits and Compensation:

Administer employee benefits programmes.

Conduct regular benchmarking exercises to ensure packages remain competitive.

Provide guidance and support on compensation-related matters, including salary reviews and incentives.

HR Administration:

Maintain accurate HR records and systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Prepare reports and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Person Specification:

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organisation.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative HR initiatives.

Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

CIPD qualification (desirable)
