A unique opportunity has arisen for a Learning and Development Assistant to join a forward-thinking and collaborative organisation during an exciting period of transformation and growth. This is a brand-new role working closely with the L&D Director, where you will be able to add value and grow over time. This role will be based in Central London, near Knightsbridge/Chelsea.

As the Learning and Development Assistant, you will be a key support to the L&D Director, playing a crucial role in implementing and enhancing employee development initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive and adaptable individual who is passionate about learning and is ready to take on a multifaceted position in a fast-paced global environment. This role will suit someone with previous experience in a similar role, who is looking to gain greater exposure and progress long-term.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in the coordination and administration of learning and development programs, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and communication for various learning events.

Content Development:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders/training providers to develop and update training materials, presentations, and e-learning content.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance the effectiveness and engagement of learning materials.

Data Analysis:

  • Compile and analyse data related to learning and development initiatives to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for leadership on key learning metrics.

Communication and Engagement:

  • Support internal communication efforts related to learning and development initiatives.
  • Foster engagement by assisting in the creation of communication materials and campaigns.

Autonomous Project Management:

  • Take initiative in identifying opportunities to improve and expand learning and development offerings.
  • Propose and lead small-scale projects to enhance the impact and reach of employee development programmes.

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a global organisation.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.

Salary up to £30,000 per annum (DOE) and benefits package.
