Senior Principal Consultant

Part Time Administrator required for an award-winning global architectural consultancy firm. This brilliant opportunity will be based in their Colchester office and is ideal for a highly organised individual who is looking for an administrative role with scope for career development opportunities.

The role will require 22.5 hours commitment per week, ideally 4.5 hours in the office Monday – Friday, however there is some degree of flexibility depending on individual circumstances.

Responsibilities will be varied and will support the work of other members of the Business Management team giving the successful candidate visibility and an overview of business operations.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Team Support
  • Managing team task lists
  • Updating the schedule of annual team activities and document reviews
  • Production of the Annual Meeting Schedule
  • Health & Safety including online training and site risk assessments
  • Recording updates for Starters and Leavers
  • Corporate Subscriptions and Membership Renewals
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks and a willingness to provide support on a range of projects and initiatives

Skills and experience:

  • Ability to organise, plan, multi-task & meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solving and implementing solutions
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A thirst for learning
  • An ability to network and build relationships (internally and externally)
  • InDesign / Adobe creative suite (desirable)

This role will pay £24,000 pro rata
