We are urgently looking for a bright and proactive Team Assistant, to join a fabulous global Design Consultancy. Based in their fabulous South West London studio, you will support the team with administrative processes, ensuring the successful delivery of cutting edge, exciting client projects.
Using your expert organisational skills, you will be responsible for juggling busy diaries and schedules, organising travel, processing expenses, research and more!
If you have previous experience of working in a busy office and are looking for a creative environment and a role with pace and variety, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Responsibilities include:
- Diary management – organising meetings, setting up video conferences and arranging catering when required
- Organising international travel and producing itineraries
- Processing team expenses
- Document management, correspondence and producing weekly reports
- Research and project work
- Day to day administrative tasks
Skills and Experience:
- Ideally 1-2 year's experience of working in a Team Assistant role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding prioritisation skills and a proactive approach to tasks
- MS Office skills
Salary: £30,000 plus benefits
