A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a temporary Executive/Personal Assistant to join a friendly and growing organisation based in Manchester. 

This role will suit someone with previous PA/EA experience or a strong administrator with transferable skills. You will provide Admin/PA support to a busy Managing Director. This role will cover a position that is being recruited for on a permanent basis, and the client will consider a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Duties will include: 

  • Managing diaries and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Arranging travel and arrangements for internal/external meetings
  • First point of contact for guests and visitors
  • Gathering relevant information and preparing drafts of reports and documentation
  • Providing ongoing admin support to the wider team

Person Specification:

  • Must be immediately available to be considered
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Proactive and be able to work using your own initiative
  • Ability to prioritise and work in a fast paced environment Excellent
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good IT skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Hourly rate up to £18 per hour (DOE).
